Water has entered my Phone Case Xtreme. Why did this happen and what can I do?Updated 18 days ago
The Phone Case Xtreme is IP68 certified and provides reliable protection against rain, splashes, dust, and temporary immersion in water (up to 1.5 meters for a maximum of 30 minutes).
To ensure full protection, the case must be properly closed:
The front and back parts must be firmly locked together.
The seals covering the power and microphone ports must be completely closed.
If these points are observed, water ingress should not occur. To help determine the cause, please perform the following quick test:
Assemble the two parts of the Phone Case Xtreme without your smartphone inside, ensuring the case is fully sealed on all sides.
Submerge the case in a sink filled with water for approximately 1 minute.
If you notice any leakage, please take a photo of the affected area.
