The touchscreen functionality is limited when using the Phone Case Xtreme—why is this, and what can I do?Updated 18 days ago

Under normal conditions, the Phone Case Xtreme provides full and reliable touchscreen functionality. However, using gloves or additional screen protectors in combination with the Phone Case Xtreme can affect your smartphone’s touchscreen responsiveness.

To resolve this, we recommend increasing the touchscreen sensitivity on your device.

Here’s how to adjust the sensitivity:

Apple (iPhone):

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Display & Brightness.

  3. Enable Display with Screen Protector. This option increases touchscreen sensitivity when a screen protector is in use.

Android (Samsung):

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Navigate to Advanced Features or Display (depending on your device).

  3. Enable Touch Sensitivity or Increase Sensitivity.

After adjusting these settings, touchscreen functionality should work smoothly even when using the Phone Case Xtreme.
