The mechanism of my Phone Case Xtreme won’t lock. What can I do?Updated 18 days ago

A certain resistance when locking the SP-Connect mechanism is normal due to the design. This resistance may feel stronger if the mechanism is tested without an SP-Connect mount attached.


 How to check if your Phone Case Xtreme is functioning correctly 

1. Install the SP-Connect mount

Securely install your SP-Connect mount on the intended vehicle, for example:

  • Bicycle

  • Motorcycle

  • Car

A stable installation is required to properly test the functionality.

2. Lock the Phone Case correctly

  1. Insert your smartphone into the Phone Case Xtreme.

  2. Place the mechanism on the back of the case fully and flush onto the mount.

  3. Rotate the Phone Case Xtreme by 90° until the mechanism audibly clicks into place.

Only under these conditions are the necessary pressure and leverage conditions created to properly test the mechanism.


Problem still persists?
