If your SP-Connect Wireless Powerbank 5000mAh no longer turns on or shows no signs of operation, first check whether it is receiving power correctly.

Connect the powerbank to a suitable power source

Connect the Wireless Powerbank 5000mAh to a suitable power source using the supplied USB-C to USB-C cable.

• The power source should provide at least 5V / 2.5A.
• Alternatively, you can use any compatible USB-C cable.
• Check whether the three white LEDs on the underside of the powerbank illuminate after it is connected.

If the powerbank still does not respond
