I have not received my order, although the package is considered delivered. What can I do?Updated a year ago
If your package is marked as delivered according to the tracking information but you cannot locate it, please check the following:
- Ensure the correct delivery address was used for your order.
- Check for a notification of a delivery attempt near your door or house entrance.
- Look for an email, including in your spam folder, for a notification regarding delivery to a pick-up location.
- Ask neighbors if the package may have been left with them.
- Verify whether you gave permission for the package to be left unattended.*
