Yes, absolutely. When developing the Phone Case Xtreme, we carefully considered the functionality of the fingerprint sensor on Samsung Galaxy smartphones.

The sensor works optimally thanks to a special adhesive circle (fingerprint dot) positioned directly over the fingerprint sensor.

Important:
When unpacking the case, make sure to remove only the protective film. The adhesive circle must remain in place, as it is essential for the fingerprint sensor to function properly. The slightly adhesive surface is normal and technically necessary to ensure reliable contact between the smartphone display and your fingerprint.

If you experience issues with the fingerprint sensor when using the Phone Case Xtreme, please try the following steps:

  1. Increase touchscreen sensitivity: Go to your smartphone’s settings and enable enhanced touchscreen sensitivity.

  2. Clean the display: Clean the display using distilled water or a mild, alcohol-free cleaning solution.
