Why is the Phone Case for my new smartphone only available as SPC+ (rounded rails), and is it compatible with my existing SPC mounts (straight rails)?Updated 21 days ago
The SPC+ system was developed to adapt our products to continuously evolving smartphone technology and thus offer our customers an even better user experience with SP Connect.
For this reason, we now only offer the SP-Connect Phone Case for the following smartphone series in the new and optimized SPC+ version:
Apple: iPhone 15 and newer
Samsung: Galaxy S23 and newer
Google: Pixel 7 series and newer

How to successfully switch from SPC to SPC+:
1) Every SPC+ Phone Case comes with the Adapter SPC+, which enables compatibility with almost all existing mounts.
2) Almost all classic SPC mounts can be converted to SPC+ simply by replacing the head of the connection – a completely new purchase is not required in most cases.

3. Limited or non-compatible SPC products:
A few SPC components are only partially or not at all compatible with the SPC+ Phone Case, as the mounting system has been technically changed. You can find an overview of the affected products and suitable alternatives here:
