In general, the Phone Case Xtreme is compatible with the Powerbank 5000mAh. However, with the iPhone 16 Pro, the attachment may feel slightly tighter than with previous models.
The reason for this is the camera cutout of the Phone Case Xtreme, which has been specifically adapted to the design of the iPhone 16 Pro. As a result, when used with the Powerbank there may be a slight overlap in the camera area. The Powerbank was originally developed for earlier smartphone generations, which means that design changes in later devices cannot always be fully taken into account.
In most cases, the case can still be attached if you follow these steps:
Position the devices correctly
Hold the Powerbank in one hand and your Phone Case Xtreme in the other. Align the mechanism of the case precisely with the mount on the Powerbank.Make sure everything sits flush
The mechanism of the Phone Case Xtreme should lie flat and fully aligned on the mount of the Powerbank.Apply slightly more pressure
Attaching the case may require a bit more pressure than with other SP-Connect mounts.Twist the case
Rotate the Phone Case Xtreme by 90° until it securely locks into place.
A slight overlap in the camera area does not affect the safety of your smartphone.
