Which SP Connect bike mounts are compatible with the Anti Vibration Module or the Charging Anti Vibration Module?Updated 2 days ago
The SP Connect Anti Vibration Module as well as the Charging Anti Vibration Module are compatible with selected SP Connect bike mounts.
Directly compatible mounts
The following mounts can be used without any additional accessories:
- Handlebar Mount Pro MTB
- Gravel Bike Mount Pro
- Micro Bike Mount
- Universal Bike Mount Bike Mount (without extension arm, same design as the Micro Bike Mount)
- Handlebar Mount (Refers exclusively to the current version available in our online store.) The older version of the Handlebar Mount is not compatible. It can be identified by the screw used to remove the mount head being located on the underside, instead of the top side as on the current version.
Compatibility via adapter ( Mag-Align Head A)
The current versions available in our online store of the following mounts can be made compatible using the Mag-Align Head A:
How to identify the compatible version
- The mount head of these versions has four stamped holes on the underside.
- These holes are not visible while the head is mounted.
- Remove (unscrew) the mount head to check the underside and identify the four holes.
- The Mag-Align Head A includes a matching tooth adapter (gear adapter).
- This adapter enables the use of the Anti Vibration Module as well as the Charging Anti Vibration Module.
- Important:
There are also older versions of the Handlebar Mount Pro and Stem Mount Pro that do not have this design (no four holes). These versions are not compatible with the Mag-Align Head A.
