Which handlebar diameters is the Moto Mount 3D compatible with?Updated 2 months ago
The SP Connect Moto Mount 3D is compatible with the following handlebar diameters:
- 22.2 mm (0.875")
- 25.4 mm (1")
- 27.0 mm (1.063")
- 28.5 mm (1.125")
- 31.8 mm (1.25")
Several suitable spacer adapters for the different handlebar diameters are included in the scope of delivery. In addition, two tapered adapters with 2° and 3.5° are included, allowing the mount to be installed on correspondingly shaped handlebar sections.

Installation on 31.8 mm handlebars
For handlebars with a diameter of 31.8 mm (1.25"), no spacer adapter is required. The clamp of the Moto Mount 3D is placed directly around the handlebar and secured with the screws.
To prevent scratches or damage to the handlebar surface, apply the included 3M protective strip between the handlebar and the clamp before installation.
Summary
The SP Connect Moto Mount 3D is suitable for handlebar diameters from 22.2 to 31.8 mm. For diameters up to 28.5 mm, the included spacer adapters are used.
