The SP Connect Moto Mount 3D 1½″ was specifically designed for oversized handlebars and is compatible with the following handlebar diameters:
- 31.8 mm (1.25″)
- 38.1 mm (1.5″)
For installation on a handlebar with a diameter of 31.8 mm (1.25″), a suitable spacer is included.
Installation on 31.8 mm handlebars
For a handlebar diameter of 31.8 mm (1.25″), the included spacer is installed between the handlebar and the clamp.
Installation on 38.1 mm handlebars
For a handlebar diameter of 38.1 mm (1.5″), no spacer is required. The clamp of the Moto Mount 3D 1½″ is installed directly around the handlebar and securely fastened.
To prevent scratches or damage to the handlebar surface, apply the included 3M protective film between the handlebar and the clamp before installation.
