What should I consider when attaching the Universal Interface (SPC)?Updated 2 months ago

We recommend attaching the Universal Interface (SPC) to the flat and smooth back surface of a third-party phone case.
A direct application on the smartphone itself is not recommended, as many devices have a nano-coating that reduces the adhesion of the 3M adhesive.
The original 3M adhesive adheres reliably to plastic, glass, metal, and painted surfaces.

Important notes for installation:

• You need a smooth area of at least 55 mm x 65 mm to securely attach the Universal Interface (SPC).

• Clean the surface thoroughly with the included alcohol wipe before applying the interface.

• Press the mount down firmly for at least 30 seconds to ensure optimal adhesion.

• Since the mount is not repositionable, make sure you align it exactly as desired before applying it.

• Do not fully load the adapter for several hours so the adhesive can reach maximum bonding strength (depending on ambient temperature).
