If your SP-Connect Wedge Case Set (Mag-Align) cannot be attached to your mount, please check the following points:
Step-by-step instructions
1. Check mount installation
- Make sure the mount you are using (e.g. Micro Bike Mount or Stem Cap Mount) is correctly installed on your bike
2. Attach the Wedge Case correctly
- Place the mechanism on the underside of the Wedge Case Set flat (fully) onto the mount interface
- Rotate the case clockwise by 90° in a controlled manner until it clicks into place
- Make sure to turn the case firmly, but without excessive force
