The USB cable included with the Charging Module is too short for my motorcycle. What can I do?Updated a month ago

If the included Cable USB-C (50 cm) or the optional Cable USB-A is too short for your motorcycle setup, there are several alternatives available.

Option 1: Direct connection to the motorcycle's electrical system

For a permanent and clean installation, we recommend using the Cable 12V DC, which has a length of 150 cm.

• Direct connection to the motorcycle's electrical system
• Sufficient cable length for most motorcycle models
• We recommend connecting it to a switched ignition power source, so the Charging Module is only supplied with power when the ignition is switched on

Option 2: Extended USB-A cable

Alternatively, a Cable USB-A with a length of 150 cm is available.

This cable is currently not listed in our Online Store, but can be provided upon request for €19.99.

How to get the 150 cm USB-A cable
