A certain amount of resistance when locking the SP Connect Twist-to-Lock mechanism is normal by design. This can be especially noticeable with the SP-Connect Wireless Powerbank 5000mAh if the mechanism is tested without being mounted to an SP Connect mount.
To verify that your Wireless Powerbank 5000mAh is functioning correctly, please follow these steps:
1. Install an SP Connect mount
Securely install your SP Connect mount on the intended vehicle, such as a bicycle, motorcycle, or car. A properly installed mount is required to test the locking mechanism correctly.
2. Lock the Wireless Powerbank 5000mAh correctly
- Place the Wireless Powerbank 5000mAh completely flat onto the mount.
- Rotate the Wireless Powerbank 5000mAh by 90° until the mechanism locks into place.
