The mechanism of my Phone Case will not lock. What can I do?Updated 22 days ago
A certain resistance when locking the SP Connect mechanism is normal due to the design. This resistance may feel stronger if the mechanism is tested without a mounted SP Connect mount.
To check whether your Phone Case is functioning correctly, please proceed as follows:
1. Install the SP Connect mount
Securely install your SP Connect mount on the intended vehicle, e.g. bicycle, motorcycle, or car. A stable installation is required for a proper functionality test.
2. Lock the Phone Case correctly
Insert your smartphone into the SP Connect Phone Case.
Place the Phone Case completely and flat onto the mount.
Rotate the Phone Case by 90° until the mechanism clicks into place.

Only under these conditions will the necessary pressure and leverage be created to properly test the mechanism.
Problem persists?
If the Phone Case still cannot be locked, a rare defect of the mechanism may be present.
