If your SP-Connect Wireless Powerbank 10000mAh no longer turns on or shows no signs of operation, first check whether the powerbank is receiving power correctly.
Connect the powerbank to a suitable power source
Connect the Wireless Powerbank 10000mAh to a suitable power source using the supplied USB-C to USB-C cable.
- The power source should provide at least 5V / 2.5A.
- You can also use another compatible USB-C cable if required.
- Check whether the three white LEDs on the underside of the powerbank illuminate.
If the powerbank still doesn't respond
If the three white LEDs do not illuminate after connecting the powerbank to a suitable power source, please contact our Customer Support.
If possible, please provide the following information:
- A short video showing that the powerbank is connected to a suitable power source and that the three white LEDs do not light up.
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
