My smartphone seems to charge too slowly with the Charging Anti Vibration Module SPC+. Why is that and what can I do?

Our SPC+ charging solutions provide wireless charging with up to 15 watts. However, the actual charging speed can vary due to several factors.

For example, it depends on which smartphone you are using and how well it works with the charging module. Some phones handle wireless charging better than others.

Your smartphone settings can also influence the charging speed. External factors, especially temperature, play an important role as well.

If you’re not satisfied with the charging speed, here are a few tips we recommend:

  • Set your smartphone display to adaptive brightness to save energy and close any background apps that may be consuming additional resources.

  • When navigating, use offline maps if possible to avoid constant data downloads and the associated increased power consumption.

  • Keep your charger and smartphone out of direct sunlight, as excessive heat can negatively affect charging performance.

  • Whenever possible, keep your smartphone and the charging module in a cooler environment, ideally around 20°C.

  • Components with output supporting Power Delivery (PD) or Quick Charge 3.0 can improve charging performance. These advanced technologies enable more efficient power transfer and better adjustment of the power output to the specific requirements of your smartphone.

If you have tried these tips and the charging speed is still not satisfactory, please contact our Customer Support.
Send us your order number from the online shop or a proof of purchase, along with your shipping address. Also let us know the exact specifications of the components you are using, such as the model of your charger and charging module, as well as the connection method.
