My Phone Case Xtreme for iPhone 17 Pro / 17 Pro Max is not compatible with my SP-Connect Powerbank 5000 mAh. What can I do?Updated 2 months ago

The Phone Case Xtreme for the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max is—like all SP-Connect Phone Cases—precisely designed to match the shape, dimensions, and technical characteristics of each specific iPhone model.
For the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, this includes a significantly enlarged and fully protected camera unit, surrounded by an elevated, all-around camera protection frame.

Due to this design, using the  Powerbank 5000 mAh  is unfortunately not possible. Because of the modified camera surround, the power bank cannot properly engage with the Twist-to-Lock system.

The Powerbank 5000 mAh was originally developed for the iPhone models available at that time. As future device generations and design changes cannot be predicted in advance, we generally cannot guarantee compatibility with future smartphones.

The  Powerbank 10,000 mAh  is fully compatible with the Phone Case Xtreme for iPhone 17 Pro and Phone Case Xtreme for iPhone 17 Pro Max.
