My iPhone does not charge on my certified Apple MagSafe® charging station when used with an SP-Connect Phone Case or Phone Case Xtreme. Why is this and what can I do?Updated 2 months ago
In general, wireless charging on original certified Apple MagSafe® charging stations should work without any issues with all SPC+ Phone Cases, including the Phone Case and the Phone Case Xtreme. If this is not the case for you, we recommend going through the following steps:
Make sure your iPhone is running the latest iOS update: iOS update
Restart your iPhone by performing a forced restart: Restart
Reconnect the charging station: Briefly disconnect the MagSafe® charging station from power and then plug it back in.
Test a different power adapter: If possible, use a different power supply / power adapter to rule out an issue with the power source.

If your iPhone still does not charge after these steps, please contact our Customer Support at [email protected].

- a short video showing that the charging process is not working
- the model of your MagSafe® charging station
- the power adapter used (ideally with a link)
- your order number or proof of purchase
