Yes. The SP Connect Universal Mount is compatible with all current SP Connect Phone Cases featuring the SPC+ mounting system.
Thanks to the secure 90° Twist-to-Lock mechanism, you can quickly and reliably attach your smartphone to the Universal Mount.
Compatible SP Connect Phone Cases
The Universal Mount supports the following Phone Case versions:
- Standard Phone Case: The classic SP Connect Phone Case for everyday use.
- Design Edition Phone Case: Including Design Your Own, Brand Designs and SP Designs.
- Phone Case Xtreme: The reinforced SP Connect Phone Case designed for additional protection.
All current Phone Cases featuring the SPC+ mounting mechanism with semi-circular rails can be attached directly to the Universal Mount without requiring an additional adapter.
Important Compatibility Information
Classic SPC Phone Cases featuring the older straight-rail mounting mechanism are not directly compatible with the current Universal Mount.

Step-by-Step Installation
- Install the Universal Mount:
- Attach the Universal Mount to your bicycle handlebar or stem using the appropriate hook-and-loop strap.
- Ensure the mount is firmly secured and cannot move or rotate unintentionally.
- Prepare your smartphone:
- Insert your smartphone into your compatible SP Connect Phone Case.
- Ensure the smartphone is correctly seated inside the case.
- Attach your Phone Case:
- Align the SPC+ mounting mechanism on the back of your Phone Case with the mounting head of the Universal Mount.
- Place the Phone Case flat against the mounting interface.
- Rotate your smartphone by 90° until the Twist-to-Lock mechanism securely engages.
Check the Installation
- Ensure the Universal Mount is securely attached to your bicycle.
- Verify that your Phone Case is properly locked onto the mounting head.
- Gently check that your smartphone cannot detach unintentionally.
- Ensure the spring-loaded mounting head is fully engaged in its selected position before riding.
