Yes.
The SP Connect Universal Interface can be used flawlessly with the SP Connect Anti Vibration Module.
Below you will find instructions for safe installation.
1. Mounting the Universal Interface on a smartphone case
We recommend attaching the Universal Interface to the flat and smooth back of a third-party smartphone case.
Direct attachment to the smartphone itself is not recommended, as many devices have a nano coating that may reduce the adhesion of the 3M adhesive.
The original 3M adhesive reliably bonds to plastic, glass, metal and painted surfaces.
Attaching the Universal Interface
Make sure that the back of the smartphone case provides a smooth surface of at least 55 × 65 mm.
Clean the surface thoroughly using the included alcohol wipe.
Position the Universal Interface at the desired location on the case.
Press the interface firmly for at least 30 seconds to ensure optimal adhesion.
The Universal Interface is not repositionable. Make sure it is correctly aligned before applying it.
Do not fully load the mount for several hours so the adhesive can reach its maximum bonding strength (depending on the ambient temperature).
2. Connecting the Universal Interface to the Anti Vibration Module
Make sure that the Universal Interface is already attached to the back of the smartphone case.
Insert your smartphone into the case.
First securely mount the Anti Vibration Module together with the corresponding SP Connect mount to your motorcycle or bicycle.
Place the Universal Interface flat onto the mount of the Anti Vibration Module.
Turn the smartphone or Universal Interface 90° clockwise until it audibly clicks into place.
Your smartphone is now securely and firmly connected to the Anti Vibration Module.
