The Universal Charging Phone Clamp can be mechanically attached to SP-Connect Mag-Align mounts and Mag-Align heads.
Please note, however: The main advantage of the Mag-Align system — the magnetic pre-alignment of the mechanism — does not apply when using the Universal Charging Phone Clamp, as it does not feature an integrated magnetic mechanism.
Mag-Align mounts include a magnetic guidance system that helps position the SP Connect™ Standard Phone Case, the Phone Case Xtreme, and — within the universal solutions — exclusively the Universal Interface.
The actual securing of the device always takes place via the patented Twist-to-Lock system. This mechanical locking works fully with the Universal Charging Phone Clamp.
