Yes. The SP Connect Stem Mount Flat (Cannondale Intellimount) is compatible with all current SP Connect Phone Cases featuring the SPC+ mounting system.
Thanks to the SPC+ Twist-to-Lock mechanism, compatible Phone Cases can be securely attached to the Stem Mount Flat with a simple 90° rotation.
Compatible SP Connect Phone Cases
The Stem Mount Flat supports the following SP Connect Phone Case variants:
- Standard Phone Case: The regular SP Connect Phone Case featuring the SPC+ mounting interface.
- Design Edition Phone Case: Including Design Your Own, Brand Designs, and SP Designs.
- Phone Case Xtreme: The reinforced SP Connect Phone Case featuring the SPC+ mounting interface.
Are Classic SPC Phone Cases Compatible?
No. Older SP Connect Phone Cases featuring the classic SPC mounting system with straight rails are not directly compatible with the Stem Mount Flat.
The Stem Mount Flat uses the newer SPC+ mounting interface with rounded rails, which differs from the original SPC system.

Step-by-Step Installation
- Install the Stem Mount Flat:
- Install the Stem Mount Flat onto the Cannondale Three Stem with Intellimount using the designated mounting point and stainless steel screw.
- Ensure that the mount is correctly positioned and securely fastened.
- Prepare Your Smartphone:
- Insert your smartphone into your compatible SP Connect Phone Case.
- Ensure that your smartphone is correctly positioned and securely fitted inside the Phone Case.
- Attach the Phone Case:
- Align the mounting mechanism on the back of your Phone Case with the interface of the Stem Mount Flat.
- Place the Phone Case flat against the mounting interface, ensuring that both mechanisms are properly engaged.
