No. The SP Connect Phone Case Xtreme is designed for everyday use and demanding conditions while cycling and motorcycling, but it is not designed for water activities.

When correctly closed, the Phone Case Xtreme provides IP68 protection against dust and water, including temporary immersion in fresh water at a depth of up to 1.5 metres for up to 30 minutes.

Which water activities should I avoid?

The Phone Case Xtreme should not be used for activities such as:

• Swimming
• Snorkelling
• Diving
• Prolonged submersion

The IP68 rating is based on static laboratory testing. Dynamic water movement and changing pressure conditions during water activities can place additional stress on the seals and may result in water entering the case.

What does the IP68 protection cover?

Within its intended application, the Phone Case Xtreme is designed to protect your smartphone against rain, splashes, mud, dust and temporary immersion. To maintain this protection, the Phone Case Xtreme must be correctly closed and all seals and port covers must be properly secured.
