Is the Moto Mount LT compatible with the Rotation Module?Updated 2 months ago
Yes. The SP Connect Moto Mount LT is fully compatible with the SP Connect Rotation Module.
Please note: The Rotation Module is not included with the Moto Mount LT and must be purchased separately.
We recommend installing the Moto Mount LT completely on the motorcycle first and then installing the Rotation Module.
Installation on the Moto Mount LT
The Rotation Module is installed on the standard arm of the Moto Mount LT as follows:
1. Remove the mounting head
- Use the supplied Allen key to loosen the Allen screw securing the mounting head to the Moto Mount LT.
- Completely remove the existing mounting head from the Moto Mount LT.
2. Install the Rotation Module
- Install the Rotation Module together with the mounting head of the Moto Mount LT.
- Follow the instructions supplied with the Rotation Module (illustration V2).
3. Secure the components
- Tighten all screws to a torque of 3 Nm.
Check the fit
- Make sure that all components are securely installed.
- Before use, check that none of the components can move or come loose.
