Yes. The SP Connect Moto Mount 3D 1½″ is fully compatible with both the SP Connect Anti Vibration Module and the SP Connect Charging Anti Vibration Module.
Please note: The Anti Vibration Module and Charging Anti Vibration Module are not included with the Moto Mount 3D 1½″ and must be purchased separately.
We recommend fully installing the Moto Mount 3D 1½″ on your motorcycle first and then attaching the Anti Vibration Module or Charging Anti Vibration Module.
Option 1: Installation on the Moto Mount 3D 1½″ with arm
If you are using the Moto Mount 3D 1½″ with the standard arm, install the Anti Vibration Module or Charging Anti Vibration Module as follows:
1. Remove the existing head
- Loosen the Allen screw on the mounting head using the included Allen key.
- Completely remove the existing head from the mount.
- Important: Do not remove the sprocket adapter underneath, as it is required to install the Anti Vibration Module or Charging Anti Vibration Module.
2. Install the Anti Vibration Module
- Insert the Anti Vibration Module or Charging Anti Vibration Module into the sprocket adapter.
- Secure the module using the included M5 × 16 mm screw.
- Tighten the screw to a torque of 5 Nm.
Option 2: Installation directly on the clamp (without arm)
If you want to use the Moto Mount 3D 1½″ without the arm, you can use the SP Connect Sprocket Adapter included with the Anti Vibration Module or Charging Anti Vibration Module.
1. Install the Moto Mount 3D 1½″
- First, fully install the Moto Mount 3D 1½″ on your motorcycle.
2. Remove the arm
- Loosen the screw connecting the arm to the mounting clamp.
- Completely remove the arm, the screw and the connecting piece underneath.
3. Install the Sprocket Adapter
- Place the Sprocket Adapter included with the Anti Vibration Module or Charging Anti Vibration Module onto the now exposed sprocket ring.
4. Install the Anti Vibration Module
- Insert the Anti Vibration Module or Charging Anti Vibration Module into the sprocket mount of the Sprocket Adapter.
- Secure the module using the included M5 × 20 mm screw.
- Tighten the screw to a torque of 3 Nm.
Check the installation
- Make sure that all components are securely installed.
- Before every ride, check that none of the components can move or come loose.
