No. The SP Connect Charging Anti Vibration Module cannot be attached to an SP Connect mount via the SP Connect Mag-Align system.
Instead, the Charging Anti Vibration Module is installed on selected SP Connect mounts in place of the existing mounting head and securely screwed into position. Therefore, it does not matter whether the mount itself features the Mag-Align system.
Why can't the mount's Mag-Align system be used?
The magnetic advantage of the Mag-Align system requires a compatible SP Connect Phone Case to interact directly with a Mag-Align mount or Mag-Align mounting head.
When installing the Charging Anti Vibration Module, however, the existing mounting head of the mount is completely replaced.
- The Charging Anti Vibration Module is installed directly on the mount.
- It is secured with a screw rather than through the Mag-Align system.
- As a result, the Mag-Align system of the original mount is not used.
