Yes. Using the SPC+ Adapter included with the SP-Connect Bike Computer Adapter GAR, you can combine the SP-Connect Wireless Charging Module with your GARMIN bike mount.
This allows you to wirelessly charge your smartphone with SP-Connect Phone Case while riding.
Please note: The Charging Module is not included with the Bike Computer Adapter GAR and must be purchased separately.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Attach the GARMIN mount
- Mount your GARMIN mount to your bicycle
- Make sure the mount is firmly and securely attached
2. Attach the SPC+ Adapter to the GARMIN mount
- Flip the centered lever of the SPC+ Adapter upward
- Place the adapter onto your GARMIN mount so that the lever is aligned horizontally
- Rotate the adapter by 90° so that the lever is now aligned vertically
- Flip the lever downward until it visibly and noticeably clicks into place
- The SPC+ Adapter is now firmly and securely connected to your GARMIN mount
3. Attach the Charging Module
- Place the lower mechanism of the Charging Module onto the SPC+ Adapter interface
- Make sure the semi-circular rails of the Charging Module are aligned horizontally and the mechanism sits flush (completely flat)
- Rotate the Charging Module by 90° until the mechanism noticeably clicks into place
- Make sure the Charging Module cable is facing downward
- The Charging Module is now firmly and securely attached to the GARMIN mount
- Then connect the Charging Module to a suitable 5V/2A power source
4. Attach the SP-Connect Phone Case
- Insert your smartphone into the SP-Connect Phone Case
- Place the Phone Case mechanism flush (completely flat) onto the Charging Module interface
- Rotate the Phone Case by 90° until the mechanism noticeably clicks into place
Result
Your smartphone is now firmly and securely attached to the Charging Module and can be wirelessly charged while riding.
