Yes. The SP Connect Ballhead Mount Pro is fully compatible with the SP Connect Universal Charging Phone Clamp.
Please note: The Universal Charging Phone Clamp is not included with the Ballhead Mount Pro and must be purchased separately.
We recommend installing the Ballhead Mount Pro completely on your RAM® mount first and attaching the Universal Charging Phone Clamp afterwards.
Step-by-step instructions
1. Install the Ballhead Mount Pro
- Install the Ballhead Mount Pro on your RAM® mount.
- Make sure that the mount is firmly and securely installed.
2. Prepare the Universal Charging Phone Clamp
- Pull out the crown on the Universal Charging Phone Clamp to open the clamping mechanism and adjust it to the size of your smartphone.
3. Insert and secure the smartphone
- Place your smartphone into the Universal Charging Phone Clamp.
- Turn the adjustment screw until your smartphone is held securely and firmly.
4. Lock the adjustment
- Push the crown back in to lock the adjustment and securely hold your smartphone in place.
5. Attach the Universal Charging Phone Clamp
- Place the Universal Charging Phone Clamp with the smartphone inserted flat and completely onto the mounting head of the Ballhead Mount Pro.
- Rotate the clamp by 90° until it clicks securely into the locked position.
6. Connect the power supply
- Connect the Universal Charging Phone Clamp to a suitable power source.
Check the installation
- Make sure that all components are firmly and securely installed.
- Before use, check that the Universal Charging Phone Clamp and your smartphone are securely locked in place.
