Unfortunately, we cannot offer a dedicated upgrade head to convert the SPC Stem Mount Flat (Cannondale Intellimount) (with straight rails) to the current system due to technical reasons.
However, you can still continue using your SPC Stem Mount Flat (Cannondale Intellimount) with current-generation SP Connect Phone Cases and Universal Solutions (with rounded rails) by using the following adapter:
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prepare the SPC+ Adapter
- Open the center lever of the Adapter SPC+
2. Install the SPC+ Adapter
- First attach the Stem Mount Flat to the stem of your bicycle
- Place the Adapter SPC+ fully onto the interface of your Stem Mount Flat
- Make sure the lever is aligned horizontally
- Rotate the adapter 90° until the lever is vertical
- Fold the lever down until it clicks securely into place
3. Attach the Phone Case
- Place the mechanism of your SP Connect Phone Case flat onto the mounted Adapter SPC+
- Rotate the Phone Case 90° until it securely locks into place
Result
You can continue using your smartphone with the current SPC+ system – without having to replace your mount.
