Unfortunately, we do not offer a dedicated upgrade head to convert the SPC Micro Stem Mount (with straight rails) to the current system, due to technical reasons.
However, you can continue using your SPC Micro Stem Mount with SP Connect Phone Cases and universal solutions of the latest generation (with rounded rails) by using the following adapter:
Step-by-step instructions
1. Prepare the SPC+ adapter
- Open the center lever of the SPC+ adapter
2. Install the SPC+ adapter
- First, mount the Micro Stem Mount to your bike’s stem
- Place the SPC+ adapter fully onto the mount
- Make sure the lever is aligned to the side
- Rotate the adapter by 90° until the lever is vertically aligned
- Fold the lever down until it clicks into place
3. Attach the phone case
- Place your SP Connect Phone Case flat onto the mounted SPC+ adapter
- Rotate the phone case by 90° until it locks securely
Result
You can continue using your smartphone with the current SPC+ system – without needing to replace your mount.
