A direct upgrade of your SPC Universal Mount (with straight rails) to the current SPC+ system with rounded rails is not possible due to technical reasons.
However, you can continue using your Universal Mount with the latest generation of SP-Connect Phone Cases and Universal solutions by using the following adapter:

Step-by-step instructions
1. Attach the Universal Mount
- Mount your Universal Mount to the handlebar or stem
2. Open the adapter lever
- Open the center lever of the Adapter SPC+
3. Attach the adapter
- Place the adapter fully onto the mount interface
4. Lock the adapter
- Turn the adapter 90°
5. Close the lever
- Fold the lever back down until it clicks into place
