No problem: In our current Shopify e-commerce system, there are no traditional passwords anymore for data security reasons. Password-based logins are considered less secure today because passwords can be guessed, reused, or stolen.
Instead, we use a modern, passwordless login process. You authenticate with a one-time 6-digit security code that you receive via email or SMS.
Here’s how you can log back into your account:
Open the following login link: SP-CONNECT ACCOUNT LOGIN
In the “Email” field, enter the email address you use for your SP Connect account.
Click “Continue”.
Check your inbox: you’ll receive a message containing a 6-digit code for login.
If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please also check your spam folder.
Enter the 6-digit code in the login window — you will then be logged back into your account.
