Then place the mechanism of the Wedge Case (Mag-Align) flat onto the mount&#x2019;s interface and rotate it 90&#xB0; clockwise in a controlled motion until it clicks securely into place. Make sure to apply firm, but not excessive, pressure to ensure a safe and stable connection.If you are still unable to mount the Wedge Case (Mag-Align), please send a short message to our Customer Support at&#xA0;<a href="mailto:support@sp-connect.eu">support@sp-connect.eu</a>.Please include a short video showing the issue, along with your order number from our online store or a proof of purchase plus your delivery address.
