The SP Connect Moto Mount 3D is quick and easy to install. The included spacer adapters allow the mount to be adapted to different handlebar diameters. Two additional conical adapters are included for tapered handlebar sections.
Step-by-step instructions
1. Select the correct spacer adapter
- Select the included spacer adapter that matches the diameter of your motorcycle handlebar.
- For a handlebar diameter of 31.8 mm, the clamp is mounted directly to the handlebar without a spacer adapter.
- If the mount is to be installed on a tapered handlebar section, additionally use the appropriate 2° or 3.5° conical adapter to create a secure and even mounting surface.
2. Position the spacer adapter
- Place the spacer adapter at the desired position on the handlebar.
- If required, also position the appropriate conical adapter.
3. Install the clamp
- Place the clamp around the spacer adapter or directly around the handlebar (for 31.8 mm).
4. Tighten the clamp
- Tighten the screws evenly and securely.
- Use a torque of 3 Nm to ensure secure installation.
