The SP Connect Bar Clamp Mount Pro is installed directly onto the handlebar clamp of your motorcycle.
Three M8 screws (40 mm, 45 mm and 50 mm) and the washer required for installation are included. Depending on your motorcycle, the appropriate screw length is used.
Step-by-step instructions
1. Select the appropriate screw
- Select the appropriate M8 screw from the included components according to the handlebar clamp of your motorcycle.
2. Remove the original screw
- Remove a suitable screw from the handlebar clamp according to the motorcycle manufacturer's specifications.
3. Install the Bar Clamp Mount Pro
- Insert the selected M8 screw through the Bar Clamp Mount Pro.
- Use the included washer as shown in the installation manual.
- Attach the Bar Clamp Mount Pro to the handlebar clamp.
- Position the Bar Clamp Mount Pro in the desired orientation.
- Tighten the screw to the torque specified by the motorcycle manufacturer.
4. Adjust the extension arm
- Loosen the screw at the joint of the extension arm.
- Position the extension arm so that your smartphone is optimally positioned within your field of view.
- Then tighten the screw to a torque of 3 Nm.
