How Does the E-Cap System Work?Updated 5 months ago

The E-Cap mount is pre-installed on compatible e-bikes. To use the system, you can choose from three different options: 

Option 1: SP Connect E-Cap Wireless Charger

• Mount the E-Cap Wireless Charging Module onto the E-Cap base. 
• Attach your SP Connect Phone Case to the Wireless Charging Module. 
• Wireless charging starts automatically.

Option 2: E-Cap Charging Phone Clamp (No SP Connect Phone Case Required)

• Attach an E-Cap Charging Phone Clamp to the E-Cap base. 
• Insert your smartphone. 
• Wireless charging is enabled.

Option 3: SP Connect Phone Case / Universal Solution (No Charging)

• Attach an SP Connect Phone Case or Universal Mount directly to the E-Cap base. 
• Rotate 90° to securely lock it in place. 
• Note: This option does not support charging.
