How do I use the Wireless Powerbank 10000mAh and what do the LED indicators show?Updated 3 months ago

The SP-Connect Wireless Powerbank 10000mAh features four LED indicators that display the battery level and the charging status.


LED indicators

The three white LEDs indicate the current battery level of the powerbank.

  • 1 LED = low battery level
  • 2 LEDs = medium battery level
  • 3 LEDs = powerbank fully charged

The fourth LED indicates the status of wireless charging.

  • Red: The powerbank is switched on, but no wireless charging is taking place.
  • Blue: The smartphone has been positioned correctly on the Wireless Powerbank and is charging wirelessly.

Wireless charging

  1. Press the power button once to switch on the Wireless Powerbank.
  2. The three white LEDs indicate the battery level, while the fourth LED lights up red.
  3. Attach your smartphone with a compatible SP Connect Phone Case to the Wireless Powerbank.
  4. As soon as wireless charging starts, the fourth LED changes from red to blue.
  5. When you remove the smartphone, the LED changes back to red.
  6. To switch the powerbank off, press the power button twice.

Charging via USB-C cable

  1. First attach your smartphone to the Wireless Powerbank.
  2. Connect the smartphone and the Wireless Powerbank using the supplied USB-C to USB-C cable.
  3. The powerbank switches on automatically and starts charging.
  4. During wired charging, the wireless charging status LED remains off.
  5. To switch the powerbank off, press the power button twice.

Charging the Wireless Powerbank

While the Wireless Powerbank itself is being charged, only the three white LEDs indicate its charging status.

  • The LEDs flash while charging.
  • Depending on the charging progress, one, two, or three LEDs will be illuminated.
  • When all three white LEDs remain lit continuously, the powerbank is fully charged.

Note: If a smartphone is attached while the Wireless Powerbank itself is charging, wireless charging of the smartphone will not start automatically.

In this case, press the power button once to activate Pass-Through Charging.
