How do I use the Tablet Case Xtreme correctly?Updated 16 days ago

Note: If you use a screen protector on your iPad, we recommend removing it before use.

1. Structure of the Tablet Case Xtreme

The Tablet Case Xtreme consists of two components:

  • Back cover with integrated SP Connect™ Twist-to-Lock mechanism

  • Display housing

How to insert your iPad

  • Remove protective film: Remove the front protective film from the display housing.

  • Positioning: Place the display housing on a flat surface (screen window facing down).

  • Insert iPad: Insert your iPad into the housing with the screen facing forward.

  • Check alignment: Ensure that the speaker and charging ports are correctly aligned.

  • Attach back cover: Place the back cover onto the display housing.

  • Lock in place: Press both parts together until they fully click into place.

  • Check connections: Make sure all side connections are fully closed.

➡️ Your iPad is now optimally protected in the Tablet Case Xtreme.

2. Mounting on an SP Connect mount

  • Positioning: Place the Twist-to-Lock mechanism flat onto the mount.

  • Lock in place: Rotate the case by 90° until it locks into place.

➡️ Your iPad is now securely mounted and ready to use—whether on a bike, motorcycle, in a car, or during other activities.

Additional info: The Mag-Align Adapter is included with the Tablet Case Xtreme. This allows you to take advantage of Mag-Align technology in combination with the Tablet Case Xtreme on all SP Connect mounts that are compatible with the Twist-to-Lock system. Thanks to the magnetic alignment provided by Mag-Align, attaching the Tablet Case Xtreme to the mount is quicker and easier.

Removing the iPad

  • Unlock: Rotate the Tablet Case Xtreme by 90° (in either direction).

  • Remove: Take the iPad off the mount.

3. Use with magnetic SP Connect mounts

  • For SP Connect™ mounts with magnetic attachment, no rotation is required.

  • Simply place the Tablet Case Xtreme onto the magnetic mount head.
