How do I attach the Charging Anti Vibration Module to my SP Connect mount?Updated a month ago

The installation of the SP Connect Charging Anti Vibration Module varies depending on the mount you are using.

On most mounts, the Charging Anti Vibration Module is installed directly. On other mounts, the included SP Connect Sprocket Adapter is additionally required.

Direct installation

On the following mounts, the existing mounting head is replaced directly by the Charging Anti Vibration Module:

• Moto Mount Pro
• Moto Mount LT
• Moto Stem Mount
• Moto Stem Mount Pro
• Bar Clamp Mount Pro
• Clutch Mount Pro
• Mirror Mount Pro
• GPS Cradle Mount
• Moto Mount 3D
• Moto Mount 3D 1 1/2"
• Ballhead Mount Pro
• Crossbar Mount Pro

Step-by-step instructions

1. Unscrew the existing mounting head from the mount and remove the mounting screw.
2. The sprocket interface underneath will now be exposed.
3. Place the Charging Anti Vibration Module onto the sprocket interface.
4. Secure the module using the included M5 x 16 mm screw.
5. Tighten the screw to a torque of 5 Nm.
6. Then connect the Charging Anti Vibration Module to a suitable power source.

Installation with Sprocket Adapter

For the following mounts, the included SP Connect Sprocket Adapter is additionally required:

• Mirror Mount
• Brake Mount
• Ballhead Mount Pro
• Micro Bike Mount
• Universal Bike Mount (without extension arm)

The Sprocket Adapter is already included with the Charging Anti Vibration Module.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Remove the mounting head from the mount.
2. For the Universal Bike Mount, remove the extension arm and the connecting piece between the clamp and the arm.
3. Place the Sprocket Adapter onto the exposed sprocket interface of the mount.
4. Place the Charging Anti Vibration Module onto the Sprocket Adapter.
5. Secure the module using the included M5 x 20 mm screw.
6. Tighten the screw to a torque of 1.2 Nm.
7. Then connect the Charging Anti Vibration Module to a suitable power source.
