The Bar Clamp Mount Pro is mounted directly to your motorcycle’s handlebar clamp (handlebar riser) — specifically using one of the bolts that secure the handlebar to the upper triple clamp. Installation is straightforward and can generally be completed without any special tools.
Basic installation steps:
1) Choose the mounting position:
Decide which bolt position on the handlebar clamp you would like to use (left or right, depending on your motorcycle and handlebar geometry).
2) Remove/replace the bolt:
The mount is secured using one of the handlebar clamp bolts. Remove the original bolt and replace it with one of the supplied screws.
3) Select the correct screw length:
Depending on your motorcycle model and the design of the handlebar clamp, choose the appropriate screw length from the included options.
4) Align and tighten:
Position the mount as desired and securely tighten the screw — ideally according to the motorcycle manufacturer’s torque specifications, especially if torque values are specified.

M8 × 45 mm
M8 × 50 mm
Important:
Only use the screw length that is appropriate for your motorcycle’s handlebar clamp, and ensure that the handlebar is securely and firmly fixed after installation, with no play.
