No. The SP Connect Brake Mount Large does not have integrated vibration damping.
What options are available for upgrading the Brake Mount Large?
Depending on the type of damping you need, there are two upgrade options available:
Option 1: Mag-Align Head A
The SP Connect Mag-Align Head A features integrated vibration damping. It reliably reduces road vibrations as well as bumps and impacts while riding, providing a smoother and more stable smartphone mounting experience.
To install the Mag-Align Head A on the Brake Mount Large, you will also need the SP Connect Sprocket Adapter. This must be purchased separately.
Option 2: Anti Vibration Module or Charging Anti Vibration Module
The SP Connect Anti Vibration Module and the SP Connect Charging Anti Vibration Module are specifically designed to reduce high-frequency engine vibrations, helping to provide the best possible protection for sensitive smartphone cameras.
Both modules also reliably absorb road vibrations, bumps and impacts. The Charging Anti Vibration Module additionally offers wireless inductive charging.
A SP Connect Sprocket Adapter is also required to install the Anti Vibration Module or Charging Anti Vibration Module on the Brake Mount Large. However, the adapter is already included with both modules and does not need to be purchased separately.
