No. The SP Connect Ballhead Mount Pro does not feature integrated vibration damping.
What options are available to upgrade the Ballhead Mount Pro?
Depending on the type of damping you require, there are two upgrade options available:
Option 1: Mag-Align Head A
The SP Connect Mag-Align Head A features integrated vibration damping. It reliably reduces road vibrations, shocks and impacts that occur while riding, providing a more stable smartphone mounting experience.
To install the Mag-Align Head A on the Ballhead Mount Pro, you will additionally need the SP Connect Sprocket Adapter. This must be purchased separately.
Option 2: Anti Vibration Module or Charging Anti Vibration Module
The SP Connect Anti Vibration Module and the SP Connect Charging Anti Vibration Module have been specifically developed to reduce high-frequency engine vibrations and thereby provide additional protection for sensitive smartphone cameras.
Both modules also reliably absorb road vibrations, shocks and impacts. The Charging Anti Vibration Module additionally offers wireless inductive charging.
An SP Connect Sprocket Adapter is also required to install the Anti Vibration Module or Charging Anti Vibration Module on the Ballhead Mount Pro. However, the adapter is already included with both modules and therefore does not need to be purchased separately.
Additional benefit of the Mag-Align system
The Mag-Align Head A, SP Connect Anti Vibration Module and SP Connect Charging Anti Vibration Module all feature the SP Connect Mag-Align system.
The integrated magnets make it easier to attach your SP Connect Phone Case by automatically guiding it into the correct position. This makes attaching your smartphone to the mount faster, more convenient and more intuitive. The Phone Case is then securely locked in place as usual using the proven Twist-to-Lock system.

The SP Connect Ballhead Mount Pro does not feature integrated vibration damping. If you primarily want to reduce road vibrations, shocks and impacts, we recommend the SP Connect Mag-Align Head A. An SP Connect Sprocket Adapter is required for installation and must be purchased separately. If you additionally want to provide optimal protection for your smartphone camera against high-frequency engine vibrations, we recommend the SP Connect Anti Vibration Module or SP Connect Charging Anti Vibration Module.
