No. SP Connect motorcycle mounts do not feature any dedicated anti-theft protection or locking mechanism.

Our motorcycle mounts are designed to provide a stable and reliable attachment to your motorcycle and, depending on the model, are securely installed on the handlebar, mirror, brake fluid reservoir, steering stem or other suitable mounting points. However, these mounting systems are designed for secure use while riding and are not intended as anti-theft protection.

Based on our experience, theft of individual SP Connect mounts is reported to us only very rarely. However, complete protection against unauthorized removal cannot be guaranteed.

Take your smartphone with you when parking

Your smartphone can be removed from the mount within seconds using the SP Connect Twist-to-Lock system. We therefore recommend always taking your smartphone with you when leaving your motorcycle unattended.
