Reliable wireless charging cannot be guaranteed when using SP Connect Universal solutions.

Why isn't wireless charging reliable with Universal solutions?

Due to the design of SP Connect Universal solutions, there is an additional distance between the smartphone and the charging surface of the Wireless Powerbank.

• The smartphone does not sit directly on the charging surface.
• The distance between the smartphone and the charging coil is increased.
• As a result, wireless power transfer may be reduced or interrupted.

For this reason, reliable wireless charging cannot be guaranteed when using Universal solutions.

Wired charging is supported

Since the Wireless Powerbank 5000mAh features a USB-C Input & Output port, you can alternatively charge your smartphone using a cable.
