Yes. With the SP Connect Brake Mount, you can change the orientation of your smartphone between portrait and landscape.
To do so, simply rotate the mounting head by 90°.
Step-by-step instructions
1. Loosen the mounting head
- Loosen the screw on the mounting head using the Allen key included with the Brake Mount.
2. Rotate the mounting head
- Rotate the mounting head by 90° to the desired position.
3. Secure the mounting head
- Retighten the screw to a torque of 3 Nm.
Check the installation
- Make sure the mounting head is securely fastened and cannot rotate unintentionally.
- Attach your smartphone to the mount using your SP Connect Phone Case. Your smartphone will now be positioned in either portrait or landscape orientation, depending on the position of the mounting head.
- Before every ride, check that the mounting head and your smartphone are securely attached.
