No. The orientation of your smartphone cannot be changed through the SP-Connect Universal Phone Case Xtreme itself.
The mechanism on the Universal Phone Case Xtreme is designed exclusively for securely attaching and locking the case onto a compatible SP Connect mount.
How do I change the orientation of my smartphone?
The orientation is adjusted directly on the SP Connect mount being used.
On most SP Connect mounts, the mounting head can be rotated through 360° and locked in precise 6° increments.
How to adjust the orientation:
- Loosen the mounting screw using the supplied tool.
- Rotate the mounting head to the desired position.
- Tighten the screw again.
Depending on the mount, this allows you to use your smartphone in either portrait or landscape orientation.
Tool-free adjustment
For quick, tool-free orientation changes, we recommend the Rotation Module, which is compatible with selected SP Connect mounts.
The Universal Mount can also be repositioned without the use of tools.
Exceptions
